Cheating & Spamming Question - Guild Wars Forums

Im under the impression that both are Illegal in the game but its nto like that has stopped anyone.

This gets posted every 5 minutes in international District, its a cheat program that supposedly gives you free fam but it probably just steals your passwords by putting a logger on yoru computer and sendign the info back to the guy that made this. Either way its Both cheatign and spamming and I wish someone would boot this guy off of GW.
Ontop of this theres a GW Gold Store being advertised in american districts like every 2 damn seconds, its nonstop I thought there was a spam blocker but no this guy gets through somehow, when i post LFG more then twice in 30 seconds I get a spam block, this guy post every 2-5 seconds indefinetly, what is he paying anet to be able to spam here or something? I dont remember the exact link at the moment but anyone who reads this Im sure already is aware of both these issues.

Aside from your not understanding the spam-blocker thing, I think the proper response here is, "Take a screen and report it to ANet."
